How to Hide Pipes (Obfuscation)

Pipes are very useful, but having hundreds of exposed pipes in your base might look messy. Furthermore, rendering hundreds of custom models or armor stands can decrease your FPS.

To solve this, Transport-Pipes allows you to obfuscate any pipe by hiding it inside a solid block!

How to Obfuscate a Pipe

1. Hold any solid block in your hand.
2. Right-click the pipe.
3. The pipe will instantly look like the block you used, fully hiding the pipe mechanics inside!

Although an obfuscated pipe won't be visibly rendered as a pipe in this state, it still works exactly as normal, transporting items behind the scenes. This obfuscation feature drastically increases FPS in complex pipe systems.

How to Reveal or Remove Obfuscation

• To undo it permanently: Just break the block as normal with a pickaxe/tool to remove the obfuscation and reveal the pipe.
• To peek inside: If you lost track of where your obfuscated pipes are, simply Shift + Right-Click in the air with a Wrench in your hand. This will render all hidden pipes in the area visible for a couple of seconds so you know exactly where your network flows!
